GEF: European Energy Union is Turning the Vision into Reality

iPIM was represented at the event hosted by the Greek Energy Forum within the framework of the inauguration of the TAP (Trans-Adriatic Pipeline) for Greece.  The event was focused on the implementation of the European Energy Union vision, which currently corresponds to a high strategic priority for the EU.

The keynote speaker of this event was the Vice President of the European Commission responsible for the Energy Union, Maros Sefcovic. This closed event mainly attracted representatives of the business, political and diplomatic world of Greece and the wider region. Mr. Maros Sefcovic’s presence in Greece on this occasion signified the regional role of the project to achieve progress around the implementation of the Energy Union via new infrastructure and international initiatives within and beyond EU borders.
